CANCELLED or NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT A 48-HOUR NOTICE will be charged $35 unless cancellation is illness-related or depending on the reason for the cancellation or no show that Trina sees fit, the fee will be waived. If you are a new client or current client that ignores paying the cancellation fee you will be blocked from booking any future appointments until the $35 fee is paid. Cancellation must be done by TEXT OR CALL ONLY at 951-312-4112.  Please DO NOT EMAIL to cancel an appointment, sometimes those emails may get bounced into spam and we may not see them.
